If you choose not to book then your $15 dollar deposit can be applied to any future appointment, To ensure best quality. All appointments booked online are manually accepted, at the stylist discretion you may be contacted for further details, and adjust accordingly. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY Thank You For Scheduling With EZHAIR Studios! We ask that you please notify the salon at least 72 hours in advance of any cancellations or changes. The Salon Will Confirm 1 week in advance. As we understand how easy it is to forget appointments booked seasons earlier. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the services scheduled. Cancellations/No shows made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the services scheduled and will be unable to book future services until service is paid. While a grace period of 15min is granted to our clients who are running a few minutes behind for their scheduled appointments may not receive all booked services due to scheduling constraints. However these clients are still financially responsible for the services booked. At the Stylist Discretion clients who are more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook their services with a cancellation fee applied.
